How do I join the Dandy Tribe Rewards Club?
Easy! We just need your name, phone number and email address.
Please ensure that your email address is correct because upon signing up, you will be sent a confirmation email which you need to acknowledge before your account can be activated.
No. Dandy Tribe Rewards Club membership is free and has no expiry date.
How do I use my Dandy Coins?
You need to log in to your account. On the the checkout page, open the Rewards coins tab under payments section. Enter amount of coins you want to redeem and click on the "Use Reward Coins" button.
How do I get promoted to Enthusiast or Connoisseur?
The promotion criteria is purely based on lifetime purchase amount on all Dandy Shops combined. Promotion from Club Member to Enthusiast and from Enthusiast to Connoisseur is automatically done at the end of each month. There is nothing you need to do. You will receive an email informing you of your promotion. When you next login to your account, you will see the discounted prices and receive in the increased coins for your purchases.
Are there an expiry date for the Dandy Coins I earn?
Yes but Dandy Coins expires only in 365 days from the day you earn them.
Do I need a coupon to enjoy the special discount for Enthusiast & Connoisseur?
Enthusiasts enjoy 5% discount and Connoisseur 10%. These discounts are applied directly on the products and you can see the discounts when you login to your account. There is no need for any special coupon codes.
Can I see how much I have spend so far?
We do not provide an accumulated total for you but you can see your entire order history with us under "My Orders" if your login to your account.
How do I use the One Time Sign Up Bonus?
To enjoy the one time 10% sign up bonus, you simply apply the discount code "WELCOME10" when you checkout the 1st time. Take note that you must be logged into your account and the cart amount needs be above S$300 for the the coupon code to be applied. This coupon can only be used once and the order must be place within 2 weeks of your account opening.
Can I use the One Time Bonus Discount on discounted items?
Yes. In many cases, you would be able to stack the discounts, for example: bundle discounts. Certain products that are on clearance or special price arrangements are however excluded from further discount usually because they are already heavily discounted.
In any case, you can apply the coupon as long as you are logged into your account, your cart value is above S$300 and you are placing your order within 2 weeks of opening your account. The discount will be automatically applied only to those items that are not clearance or special priced.
Can I combine items from different Dandy Shops to make up the S$300 to qualify for the Sign Up Bonus?
Yes, you can! All you have to do is to log in using your account details to the different Dandy Shops at the same time. Add the items you want to your shopping cart. You will notice that as long as you are logged in, your shopping cart is "shared" among all the Dandy Shop sites. Any items you add on one site, can be seen in all the other sites. Just refresh your browser page. Once you are done, simple checkout using any one of the Dandy Shops. Remember to apply the "WELCOME10" coupon code upon checkout to enjoy the discount.
How do I enter my Product Reviews to earn coins?
Easy! You can do it in 2 ways.
The 1st method is easier. You will receive an email 7 days after your order. So, look out for the email. Simply select the product you want to review by clicking on the radio button next to the product name (see below), enter your product review directly in the email and click submit. You can use the same email to submit as many reviews as the number of products you have purchased.
Alternatively, you can also login to our website and just find the product you want to review and write your review under the product details.
Once your review is approved, the coins will be credited into your account.
